Self-Review and Legal Obligations
Continuous quality improvement means continually measuring and analysing progress and striving for quality. Quality is an ongoing process that requires effective leadership, clear systems and a dedicated team.
Quality improvement systems and processes in the early childhood sector are specific to the sector and employ a variety of tools and methodologies. Processes can overlap, be ongoing or time-bound, depending on requirements and goals. Characteristics and use of systems and processes may differ but generally have the key expectation of increasing the quality of outcomes for children.
