Part Three of the ECC Enrolment Agreement and Advisory Webinar Series will discuss the intricacies of setting a centre’s Fees Policy and Fee Schedule. Good financial management is essential but requires setting clear expectations around fee payment practices. The importance of managing absences and the ability to charge fees for absences through the enrolment agreement will be discussed, as well as options for service providers for supporting parents.
There are rules around fees when receiving 20 Hours ECE - this webinar will explain the rules, and provide practical advice around how to set up good payment practices for ECE services.

Simon Laube
Simon has a background in public policy and joined ECC from the public service where he held various roles in the Ministry of Education including: early learning, partnership schools kura hourua/charter schools; and the NCEA review; he also completed secondments at the Ministry of Health, and in the Office of the Minister of Education (four years).
